Since January 1, 2025, Tricare’s new healthcare management transition to TriWest has resulted in a delay in payments to providers like us who serve military families. As a dedicated therapy center for almost 10 years, we remain committed to providing speech, occupational, feeding, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs, including those with autism, despite these financial challenges.

We cannot and will not stop providing services, as doing so would not only risk regression in our patients' progress but could also be considered patient abandonment. However, without reimbursement for services already rendered, the strain on our ability to operate continues to grow.
